For RankMath User Try This
1. WordPress Dashboard > AMP (Which AMP plugin are you using) > Settings > SEO.
2. In SEO tab look at SEO Plugin Integration > Select SEO Plugin > Select Rank Math SEO
3. Meta Tags from Rank Math Enable it.
4. Rank Math ld+json data Enable it.
After Doing this please enable Rank Math’s AMP module at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard.
For Yoast user try This
Open/ Edit Post or Page Or custom post page (where you find The tag 'link rel=canonical') > Advance (See below Yoast plugin) > Cononical Url > Put here original Post Url.
Final Step: Go to Google Search Console > AMP > Click Error (The tag 'link rel=canonical') > Click Validation .
Wait For 5 to 6-day max your problem will be solved.
